About Donna Marie Lynch

Donna Marie Lynch discovered her love for painting while raising her five children in and around their garden. Many days were spent amongst the beautiful flowers, birds and bunnies, having the leisure time to enjoy these days came the inspiration to paint.

She is a primarily self-taught artist with formal instruction in portraiture.

Donna resides in the historic town of Bernardsville, nestled within New Jersey’s picturesque Somerset Hills, where she continues to create commissioned paintings from photographs for clients both near and far. Her paintings have been commissioned by families as far as Luxembourg, California, and Washington, D.C.

From her Bernardsville studio, she creates original paintings and commissioned artwork which include weddings, children’s portraits, beloved family homes and front doors, cherished pets, ballet-inspired paintings, and other meaningful subjects. Each piece is thoughtfully created to preserve a memory, celebrate a loved one, or capture a moment in time — becoming a timeless keepsake to be treasured for generations.
